Boldenone undecylenate

Boldenone Undecylenate is a clear yellow sterile oil-based liquid for intramuscular use. Each ml contains 250 mg Boldenone Undecylenate.
Its empirical formula is C30H44O3 and molecular weight is 452.68.

Pharmacokinetics

Boldenone Undecylenate is a long-acting anabolic steroid ester, with effects lasting up to 8 weeks.

Doping tests detect Boldenone Undecylenate during 1.5 years after administration, because of undecylenate ester attached to the parent steroid.

Indications and Usage

Boldenone Undecylenate is used to promote weight gain after extensive surgery, chronic infection, severe trauma, and in other cases that result in inadequate weight lost or maintenance. It is also used to decrease muscle loss caused by treatment with corticosteroids and to reduce bone pain associated with osteoporosis.

Dosage and Administration

Boldenone Undecylenate must be administered by intramuscular injections only.

In order to maintain steady blood levels, Boldenone Undecylenate should be injected once per week at least. Most commonly used dosage span is 400-600 mg per week for men, and 50-150 mg per week for women.

Warnings

Boldenone stimulates the nervous, mental, and physical activities of a patient through its metabolic effects. It should be used with caution in the presence of cardiovascular and renal diseases, especially for elderly males. Prolonged administration or excessive dosage may cause inhibition of the testicular function, which can result in oligospermia and/or decreased ejaculation volume. Anaphylactic reactions, although rare, may occur, and treatment should be readily available. Hypersensitivity reactions, including rash and dermatitis, have been reported.

Contraindications

Boldenone Undecylenate should not be used for patients with known hypersensitivity to Boldenone or any of its excipients. It is strictly contraindicated for infants, during pregnancy, lactating mothers as Boldenone supplements can cause fatal irreversible damage.

Drug interactions

Oral hypoglycemic agent and insulin: the metabolic effects of androgens may reduce the blood glucose and insulin levels in diabetic patients. Corticosteroids: co-administration increase probability of edema, use with caution in patients with hepatic or cardiac diseases. Anticoagulants: potentiates the effects of anticoagulants. It is recommended to monitor PT’s and to adjust dosage of anticoagulants. Drug/Laboratory Interactions-concentrations of protein bound iodine (PBI) can be decreased in patients receiving androgen/anabolic therapy, but the clinical significance is not important. Androgen/anabolic agents can decrease the amounts of the thyroxin-binding globulin and the total T4 concentrations and increase resin uptake of T3 and T4. Free thyroid hormones are unaltered and there is no clinical evidence of the thyroid gland dysfunction.

Anabolic steroids can decrease creatinine and creatine excretion. Anabolic steroids can increase the urinary excretion of l7-ketosteroids.Androgenic and anabolic steroids may alter blood glucose levels. Androgenic/anabolic steroids may suppress clotting factors V, VII, and X. Anabolic agents can affect the liver function tests (BSP retention, SGOT, SGPT, bilirubin, and alkaline phosphatase). No research has shown the influence on alertness, concentration or any other side effects on the ability to drive and use any machine. Overdose: no information has been provided for this specific agent. Sodium and water retention can occur after an overdose of anabolic steroids. If overdose occurred supportive treatment and liver function monitoring should be provided.

Adverse effects

Boldenone lacks the progesterone receptor interaction and all associated progestinic side effects. Boldenone can, however, produce mild androgenic side effects such as oily skin, acne, increased aggression, enlarging of penis, increased frequency of erections, enlarging of clitoris, hoarseness or deepening of voice, irregular menstrual periods, unnatural hair growth, unusual hair loss. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if any of these severe side effects occur: bone pain, nausea or vomiting, sore tongue, swelling of feet or lower legs, unusual bleeding, unusual weight gain, black, tarry, or light-colored stools, dark-colored urine, purple or red-colored spots on body or inside the mouth or nose, sore throat and/or fever, vomiting of blood.

Storage

Store in a dark, dry place. Keep away from children.
